Extremely Pleased
We are grandparents and we have had a crib for our previous grand babies that had drop sides. Our daughter is expecting another baby and is worried about the safety of the drop-sided cribs. I did quite a bit of searching online for a fixed-sided crib. Since the rest of the furniture in the room is natural wood color, I wanted something to match it. The DaVinci Emily Crib was one of the few convertible cribs that came in the Natural wood color and also came with the Toddler Rail. The fact that it will convert to a double bed when the babies are grown will allow us to continue to use the crib for many years. I believe it was a very good value for the price.

Love it!
We received our Davinci Emily Crib within 4 days and absolutely love it! I was nervous about it matching the furniture in her room because we got it from another company and manufacturer. You can never be sure if the color of the item is the way it looks online, but this one matched perfectly ! I was so elated when I saw it put together. It took hubbie a little time to put it together but once he finished we fell in love. Not only is it pretty, but its super duper sturdy! I mean, its solid as a rock and feels unshakable – which is good. I hope she gets alot of use out of this convertible crib. I appreciate the item and Amazon.com for having it available. Awesome crib and worth every penny!

Beautiful!
The Davinci Emily Crib makes our nursery!. Everyone that has seen the room comments on how beautiful this crib is. The wood is very thick and expensive looking for a very inexpensive price. The crib is very sturdy when put together and with no movable parts it is very safe for our baby. Knowing that this crib will grow with my baby through toddler and childhood years is reassuring too. I’m happy that I purchased this crib! You can’t beat the quality for the price.

Here are the reported disadvantages of the Davinci Emily Crib:

Some parents found the wood is relatively soft and can be prone to scratches. Parents concerned about this purchased crib wraps to line the crib for extra protection but most felt this was not a major issue.

This crib does not utilize a drop-side which is one of the key safety features of this crib, however some shorter parents reported that it would have been a little easier for them if the crib did have an adjustable side.
